Experienced affiliate marketers know that the way to make money is to find a profitable niche market and then exploit it. If you cannot find a niche market as an affiliate marketer then you are going to struggle to earn income, and income is the lifeblood of your business. Niche markets will generate for you a steady stream of income and if you do not do your research and find a niche market then you will not become a successful affiliate marketer. Now you understand the importance of finding your niche market, the steps below will help you to identify niche markets that will generate incomes for you.

Identify a market that you have an interest in and if possible one in which you are knowledgeable. You are looking initially for a broad category such as self improvement, sports, health and fitness. Once you have identified your category you now need to drill down into this market to identify your niche.

Explore what smaller component markets are available within your market. By components I mean look for more focussed areas of interest within the market. For example, for golf you may identify a specific niche within this market such as golf trolleys or golf clothing. You could even break the component down further into electric golf trolleys or golf waterproof clothing.

Once you have identified your specific niche you then need to find an affiliate product to promote. The easiest way to do this is to visit a company such as clickbank, check out their marketplace for your niche, select a good fit product, sign up as an affiliate and get marketing.

Now that you have identified your niche and the product you are going to promote you now need to identify what your target buyers look like. Take golfers for example. If your focus is electric trolleys then the chances are that your target buyer will be over 45 and a member of a golf club. If your niche is golfing waterproofs then you you need to identify who your target is and when they are likely to buy. For waterproofs you are marketing to a global golf market however different parts of the world will be looking to buy different types of waterproofs at different times of the year. In winter golfers look for heavy duty waterproofs, in summer they look for lightweight waterproofs. You are now beginning to clearly identify your niche and your target buyers.

You now need to identify which of your niche markets is likely to be the most profitable and herefore the one you want to promote and invest your time in. The easiest way to do this is to use the Google search engine. Come up with some keywords that you think your target buyers may use to find the products within the niche. Take the keywords and enter them into Google, remember to enclose your keywords within quotations. Check the search results returned. What you are looking for are keywords which return 10,000 pages. You then need to check for paid ads in these pages. If you find these then you have identified your first niche market with hot buyers but little competing marketers.

Now that you have done this for one niche market and proved it to be successful you can use these same steps to identify other hot niche markets. The more profitable niche markets you can identify the more products you can promote and the more revenue you can generate.

To be successful in niche marketing and from that to be able to make money on-line you must learn about search engines and how pages are ranked. I do not expect anyone to become a search engine guru, unless that is what you want to become, however you must understand how to find long term keywords that have the greatest number of searches but with the least number of competing pages. Long term keywords are the best way to get good rankings on the search engines.

I am assuming that you are not completely new to Internet Marketing and that you understand what I mean when I talk about niche marketing. Niche marketing is one of the most profitable marketing areas on the internet, however to be successful in niche marketing you will need to do your research and find the best keywords to get your pages ranked highly by the search engines which will enable you to sell products.

People will tell you that to get into niche marketing, you build a blog or a website, visitors come to your website, buy your products and you pick up the income. That is true once you have put in the preparatory work including using you brain to root out the best keywords for your product. To do this you firstly need to think like your customer. If you were a potential customer within your niche what would you be searching for and what search phrases would you use. This is exactly what your potential customers will do.

You need to come up with as many key words or search phrases that your customer may use. The most high ranking keywords are called long-tailed keywords, these are keywords containing at least three or more words, hence the name long-tailed keywords. Long tailed keywords tend to bring in the most targeted traffic, since they are very specific to the niche you are marketing in. To be successful you should think up a list of 10 long tailed keywords for your campaign.

Once you have identified your 10 long tailed keywords you then need to test them to ensure they are profitable and to find out how many competing pages you will encounter with these keywords. You need to take each long tailed keyword, enclose them in quotation marks and then type them into a search engine. If there are paid adverts on the search page and the results that come back are less than 10,000 then you have selected good keywords that will generate a profitable campaign for you.

If the results returned are more than 10,000 then you are going into a very competitive area and you are better going back to your keyword selection to find these long tailed keywords with less competition. Again, if there aren’t any paid ads on the search page then the chances are that these are not profitable keywords and you should discard them and research different keywords.

Do your keyword research up front and you will increase the chances of selling into a niche and making the money that brought you into niche marketing to start with.

Everyone has heard, by now, the many stories and anecdotes of people finding incredible success using Clickbank to sell electronic products and services to a worldwide online customer base. “Huge commissions” and “Up to $10,000 a month!” some of them claim, while others temper their sales pitch with more plausible, down to earth claims, such as providing a turnkey online seller presence that can generate revenue for you in numerous ways. While it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction with this, it needs to be said that running any online business, be it through Clickbank, eBay or your own private site, includes a particularly high risk of attracting fraud and other illegitimate activities, because online crime is one of the easiest to perpetrate.

That being said, bare in mind that Clickbank, in and of itself, is a legitimate arena to sale your own electronic products and services, and it can be a place where you sell the products and services of others for a very generous commission. But there are a couple of scams you need to be aware of, and try to avoid falling into them.

SURE FIRE MONEY MAKING SCHEMES

A lot the merchandise that moves on Clickbank are eBooks and courses that claim to offer fool proof get rich quick schemes that promise upwards of seven figure profits, but much like their late night infomercial counterparts, all such products should be taken with many grains of salt. Just because you could end up being suckered in by the same thing at a book store or on television doesn’t mean that either of those are themselves scams to be avoided or prosecuted.

 TURN KEY WEB SITE PACKS

One of the hot fads going around right now on Clickbank are “get rich quick” programs that offer packs of dozens of cheap, search engine optimized web sites that come ready made, so long as you pay the set up fee and the hosting costs ahead of time. These packs promise to generate hundreds of thousands of unique web hits per day across multiple web sites, where in turn you will reap mucho money in web ad revenue. The problem stems, of course, from the fact that often these sites never manage to get registered, and the hosting fees for the many dozens of sites you end up stuck with cost more than the revenue you will generate from web hits.

 INFERIOR PRODUCTS

Many (in fact, most) of the complaints about Clickbank come burned customers who bought damaged goods from Clickbank retailers, or through affiliates, and these customers end up throwing the baby out with the bath water claiming that all of Clickbank must be a scam. The truth is, however, that such bum products are sold just as often on eBay, on private online sites, and even in brick and mortar stores like Fry’s and other electronics outlets. The problem stems from the fact that much of this “bum” merchandise is previously owned, factory refurbished gear that is decidedly second-rate.

Forex Killer is a forex signal software developed by Andreas Kirchberger a former forex advisor of Deutsche Bank, along with two of his colleagues. What makes forex killer different from other trading robots like FAP turbo and does it really work?

In this forex killer review we will see the features of forex killer, compare it with other forex software and listen to customer reviews and ratings.
If you’re looking for an automated, forex trading signal generator that can help you improve your forex trading results, you’ve got to check out the Forex Killer Trading System.
One of the greatest problems that traders face is deciding when to enter a trade. This indecision as to whether the signal is “right” or “wrong” causes an incredible amount of uncertainty which can cause you to miss highly profitable trades!

With Forex Killer, you get a completely unbiased, automatic and mechanical trading signal generator that removes any uncertainty from taking a trade. This means you no longer will have to wonder “if only” you had taken that trade that blasted sky high into profits.

What is Forex Killer and How is it Different:
Forex Killer is a advanced trading signal generator and not a forex EA. That means you can generate your own forex signals instead of signing up for expensive forex signal providers and waiting for the signals to arrive. Unlike forex trading robots, forex killer is platform independent.
There’s no more guessing whether you should take a trade because your trading system is completely and totally generated by the Forex Killer software. It’s unemotional, it’s unbiased, and it can be highly profitable for you.

Whether you are a day-trader or position trader, the Forex Killer System works great in finding you profitable trades to take. With the probability calculator, you can decide to take only trades that have a 70% or higher chance of being profitable!

By doing so, you are already using statistical analysis to put the odds in your favor. It does mean you might have to pass on some signals, but hey, you can still confirm those lower probability trades with any other filters or indicators you have. However, Forex Killer already takes a major load of finding profitable trades off your back!
Emotions are a tough thing to conquer, and it’s the bane of many traders who could have gone on to make hundreds of thousands of dollars from trading the forex markets.

Is Forex Killer Scam? Does it really work?
Forex Killer is not a scam. However we got mixed reviews from customers. Many users gave good ratings while few consumers gave negative feedback as well.

Will Forex Killer Work For You?
Forex trading has the potential to make a lot of money with very little work, and Forex Killer reduces that workload even further. If you want a mechanical forex trading system, you have found one in the Forex Killer software.

You can even use it to confirm trades on your existing forex trading systems.

The Forex Killer is one of the simplest mathematical forex trading system software I’ve seen, and it’s a very good tool to have in your trading toolbox!

If you want to make money online with clickbank, than you’re going to need to get yourself a strategy and a little bit of time. The beauty of marketing clickbank products online is that you don’t have to spend the time yourself to create any products and you can choose to promote whatever you want… but there’s more.

Promoting clickbank products allows you to pick the best or highest converting products. There’s a lot of good information on the clickbank site that will tell you how much you’re commission will be and whether or not anyone else is selling the product or not.

You can also find some good recurring billing products and services to promote that can easily increase your paycheck.

So what do you need to do to start making money with clickbank?

Well it’s relatively simple but it’s not easy. Unfortunately people get the words simple and easy confused with each other, so here’s a little bit of clarification.

When I say it’s simple, I mean finding a popular product and setting up a free blogger blog to promote your site is the easy part but…

Getting targeted traffic is where the work comes in. To be clear, the money doesn’t come until sales are made and if no one is visiting your site or you have the wrong visitors coming to your site, you won’t see any money.

The majority of your time should be focused around finding the best keywords you can find to attract targeted visitors and then generating a large quantity of content related to those keywords to encourage your visitors to buy.

Often times the reason many affiliates struggle to make any real money with clickbank is because they are not spending enough time on the marketing aspect of their business.

The thought of buying An Impolite Seduction, Her Lord and Master, or Mile High Mistress over the counter is enough to make even the bravest of us blush.

But the rise of eReaders has made the secret pleasure of indulging in steamy romances all the more attainable, offering the ability to download huge quantities of romantic fiction titles without anyone having to know. ‘It was a bold move to publish our entire catalogue as eBooks in addition to paper versions, but it’s paid off,’ says Tim Cooper, director of direct and digital marketing at Mills & Boon. In September 2008, Mills & Boon became the first UK publisher to produce all its titles as eBooks simultaneously to publishing the paper versions. ‘eBook sales have been higher than we had forecast – a real sign that eBooks are what our readers want, and they’re here to stay,’ explains Tim. According to Cooper, online sales were encouraged by the relatively low eBook prices that are about half the cost of many paperbacks.

More than 140,000 Mills & Boon stories were downloaded digitally last year, compared to 400,000 that were bought as paperbacks through Amazon. And US Supermarket Giant Tesco has reported a 57 percent rise in Mills & Boon eBook sales within the five months since the Sony Reader went on sale.

Mills & Boon has always been more popular with older readers, as many younger readers were often embarrassed to be seen reading one. But Tesco’s own customer research revealed that younger fans (ages 30 to 42) are now indulging in the eBook versions of these books. 31 percent of correspondents also said that they prefer not being seen purchasing the print versions, because of it being associated with older readers.

Selling particularly well as eBooks are the titles in the Mills & Boon “Spice” category – which offer slightly more erotic literature than the average romance novel.

According to Hazel Powell, commercial manager for books at Tesco, “Some bashful customers prefer to use e-readers so they can access stories privately. However, there is no reason why reading Mills & Boon should have to be a guilty pleasure.”

Ever since Mills & Boon were launched by entrepreneurs Gerald Mills and Charles Boon in 1908, millions of women have been entranced by this fantasy world of intrigue, danger, passion and romance. And the predictability that they offer is a very large part of the reason for their popularity. Smoking and one-night stands are not allowed. The hero is always tall and handsome. And the heroine is always attractive, never overweight, and often fragile and vulnerable.

This allowed the books to flourish during the war years when they were launched – when women needed to escape the dreariness of an era where both men and money were in short supply. And even though the world that women live in has changed a lot since then, everyone still needs a bit of escapism. Mills & Boon has managed to adapt and stay relevant, and is more popular than ever with more than 175 million copies sold each year, and a new Mills & Boon book sold every 5 seconds in the UK. They are available in 26 different languages and sold in 109 countries,

Working in partnership with Mills & Boon, New Holland Publishing has launched eBook Diva www.ebookdiva.com last month – a South African eBook Store dedicated to the romance genre. The website offers users an online shop with over 1200 titles and an interactive romance writers’ community, where romance fans and aspiring writers can share their work with other enthusiasts while protecting their own copyright.

And in order to get everyone reading Mills & Boon, eBook Diva is giving away 10 free eBooks. Go on, you know you want to. To try these out, visit http://ebookdiva.com/free-ebooks.php

It was a battle of the ebook readers for the holiday season in 2009, the Nook and Kindle 2 being two of the most popular models available. It makes sense to check in on how they are stacking up against each other now that the Nook has been out for a few months and has received some customer feedback.

The Nook Early Struggles:

Not In Stock? When the Nook was released in November, the public seemed to embrace the new ebook reader, and immediately sold out Barnes and Noble’s entire stock. Few actually got the Nook before the holidays. Most had to wait until January or February to get their devices. It seemed Barnes and Noble played a little on the safe side.

Dual Screen Navigation Issues? Immediately after release, it became apparent for some that there were issues with the Dual Screens. Firstly, many found the navigation confusing with the small color screen and upper reading screen. There seemed to be too many ways to navigate to certain content for some critics.

Time learning the device helps navigation, but it couldn’t help that the upper screen would “time out” while the lower screen was “thinking”, making you restart from the beginning of what you wanted to do.

Nook Vs. Kindle for 2010:

Barnes and Noble has since updated the device to fix known issues. The product is in stock for quick delivery and many people seem to like the product.

The Kindle 2 and Nook are very similar devices in many respects.

Same in price.
Same reading screens (E-Ink Technology)
Same default memory (2 GB)
Similar Size
Similar Weight (Kindle is slightly lighter)

The Nook Differences…

Allows Lending capability- You can lend out your books to other Nook owners (or app owners) for up to 2 weeks. You can’t use the ebook in that time that you are lending it.
Uses Android software- Allowing the use of Applications on the Nook.
Access to more public domain books for free.
Color navigation touch screen- You can scroll through book covers in color. This has been reported as slowing the ebook reader compared to the Kindle 2.

The Kindle 2 Differences…

International Wireless Usage- You can use the ebook reader in over 100 countries at the moment.
Text-to-Speech- This is a feature that has a voice read the book to you.
Push Button Navigation of Content.
The Kindle is slightly lighter at 10.2 ounces vs 12.1 ounces for the Nook.

You can see that the two devices are very similar except for a few key features. The Nook has the color-touch screen, whereas the Kindle 2 is push-button technology, and the Nook does not offer International coverage unlike the Kindle 2.

So Who’s the Winner?

It seems that the Nook’s special features are quickly becoming a chain around the devices neck. The color-touch screen has proven to cause slow navigation, and where’s the “Apps” that are talked about so much? How will they even be used, and will anyone care?

With the iPad coming out soon, the Nook starts to look like a confused device.

The Kindle 2 is an ebook reader and it’s not trying to be anything else. It’s international capabilities, text to speech, speed of navigation and longer battery life due to less flashy features makes it still the winner in my opinion.
